Classes Workshops Resources
Our Story
Most workshops aimed to increase the recruitment and retention of marginalized students and trainees in academia focus on concrete skills like how to write a literature review, how to manage your time, or how to prepare a graduate school application.
...but no one ever really teaches you how to feel good about yourself.
Our mission is to improve the self-worth of marginalized students and trainees in academia by challenging the voices of imposter syndrome and internalized oppression that tell us we are not good enough to be here.
What We Do
We offer several free, online grassroots resources designed to improve the academic self-worth of marginalized students and trainees.
Join a closed-group seminar with other students who share the goal of fighting imposter syndrome through community-building.
